RETURN TO ME is a wonderful story
filled with page-turning enchantment. Ciara's very 20th century
female responses to Mac's very Victorian male behavior had me laughing
out loud, and just as humorous are Mac and his family's reactions
to Ciara's slang and customs. Secondary characters play important
roles in the unveiling of the story, and Ms. Donovan weaves their
interaction expertly.
Filled with all the essential ingredients
of a good romance, RETURN TO ME has a strong plotline, humor, romance,
evil and treachery. It was a special novelty to read a tale centered
in Pennsylvania. As a native Philadelphian it was fun for me to
read about a place I actually know very well. RETURN TO ME is a
must read for all the time travel lovers, and is a definite keeper.

"Return to Me" is a wonderful
story full of intriguing
characters and fast action. You will certainly find yourself
wishing to help Mac and be in Ciara's place. Set during the
struggles with mine owners and miners, you will find this
story to be a fun read and well worth it. I truly hope to see
these characters again. This will definitely not be the last
book by Ms. Donovan I read. I would recommend this story to
anyone who likes to see a bit of mystery with their romance
as well as a great plot.

About the Author:
Storytelling has been an integral part
of Lori Donovan's life for as long as she can remember. Inspired
by the retelling of family lore and fueled by a romantic imagination,
Lori was never happy with a movie or book until the hero got the
girl. If by chance the story didn't end happily, she'd simply rewrite
it in their favor.
Born the granddaughter and great-granddaughter
of Pennsylvania coal crackers, she now resides just south of coal
country with her very supportive husband, Michael, and their precocious
daughters, Megan and Emma.
When she's not writing romantic adventures
in time, Lori works as a fund-raising professional in the non-profit
community. She has organized events on behalf of the USO, the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival.
It was while working with the latter that she developed an interest
in the Bard and the Astor Place Riot.
